The Jean Monnet Module 1HEALTH is led by Prof. Stefania Negri, Director of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence “New Visions of the European Union’s Role in Global Health” (EU4GH) and of the “Observatory on Human Rights: Bioethics, Health, Environment” (ODUBSA), both based at the School of Law of the University of Salerno. The teaching staff brings together academics from various Italian universities whose field of specialisation is EU Law and International Law with a special focus on health and environmental law, as well as expert officers from Italian key institutions such as the Ministry of Health and the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA).
